Need Help with pop up code

I'm expected to provide some simple code to about 8 different webmasters to display a certian pop up. They don't like what I have, it's blocked by pop up blockers 90% of the time. Also what I have requires them to add code into the <body> tage as well as within <head> and </head> tags.

Does anyone know a simple way, like one line of code, that will pop up a clean (no address bar, no tollbar etc,) window? And preferably won't be stopped by pop up blockers?

It can be in Javascript, HTML, etc, anything that will work.

It creates the pop-up window coding for you.

Only JavaScript will work and you have to remember good browsers are designed to stop auto spawned windows.

The script located here should solve your problems. You don't need to put any script on the page (only a class on a link) and it degrades gracefully.
