links and JS

Hey

I have to design pages that contain links that can only ( so i heard) be done by JS. It would mean that the page would contain a link. When the cursor is on top of the link 2-3 othe links appear below it. I can't remember what the link is called but i hope someone understood what I meant.

I know I can get the code from those pages but the pages contain so much JS that I have a problem finding the exact code that I want
