Refresh a page once

Does anyone know an easy way to have a page automatically refresh once (as soon as it is loaded) and stop? The only code that I know of refreshes the page over and over again.

This should do the trick:

<meta http-equiv="cache-control" content="no-cache, must-revalidate">
<meta http-equiv="pragma" content="nocache">
