    css grayed out footer link ?

    Can someone show me how to do a grayed out non-hovering text
    By using this example:
    PHP Code:
    .footer {
    colorgreen;
    }
    .
    footer:link
    .
    footer:visited {
    }
    .
    footer:hover {
    colorred;
    }
    .
    footer:active,
    .
    footer:focus {

    Page1 Page2 Page3

    Let's say you are on Page1 and you shouldn't be able to click on the link Page1, because you are on Page1... yet, you want the text "Page1" to appear with gray. For the other links, the normal state color would be green and the hover state would be red. Is the gray applied on the .footer:active? I would need the HTML as well, please. Thanks.
