Is it possible to create drop down links with just HTML? I don't mean the one with the box around them and an arrow pointing down, I'm talking about ones where if you roll your mouse over them more links are shown. Or do you have to use Flash for this? Thanks..
You need to use CSS with a bit of JavaScript (the JavaScript being needed to make IE work, since it's implementation of CSS is incomplete). Do a web search on "suckerfish menu" or "suckerfish dropdown", and you'll find info on what is probably the most popular way to do this.
