Alright, this is my first website, so it may need a little work, but any advice would be appreciated.

Couple of items -
1. Content is not my department, thats why it is so lacking on some pages.
2. Colors were not my choice, I had to work around the lime green.
3. Only Test2.php has been reworked in CSS, since I didn't know what I was doing everything was originally in tables.

Eventually the other pages will be converted to CSS as well, but I wanted to wait until I got some feedback on how Test2 looks (my first attempt at CSS).
