Help me help me, help help me ronda (or even if your names not ronda)

This should be pretty easy but I can't figure it out. I have a pay pal button, and when the user clicks submit I want it to get the color selected from the drop down menu I made and add it to the button code. So value="Crystal Stix " listboxcolor. So the following is submited to pay pal, value="Crystal Stix Blue"
Someone please help me? My rent is coming due soon so I really need to figure this out ASAP or my next post will be from the library. and example can be found at http://www.omnificprinting.com/WebSi...ick%20Play.htm and then scrool down to crystal1 and click the picture with the group of multi-colored sticks.
