Smile ASP Shoping Cart - Refresh Bug

I have a shoping cart that a developer developed for one of my clients. Overall, the cart is beautiful and everything I could have asked for- except this pesty refresh bug. The cart is coded in classic ASP.

Overall, most customers do not have problems, but once in a while, several customers will complain that they add items to their cart and try to check out, but soon realize that NO items are appearing in their cart. This also occurs sometimes when a customer is trying to log in.

The developer who originally coded the cart has done everything he can think of to correct the bug but has not had any successful attempts.

As a last ditch effort, I wanted to ask if there was anyone on this fourm who would be willing to look at the code and try to figure out what the heck is wrong. If anyone is interested, please contact me via email for details.

    Thank you in advance.

Why do you call it a "Refresh Bug"?
