    I like the layout, however I would suggest you try and achieve a little more consistancy with the fonts.

    The contact section doesn't work.

    Code wise, tables for layouts are bad. http://www.hotdesign.com/seybold/

    Overall, I'd say looks wise it is good, but code wise it needs a little work.

    The fonts are the only problem I see...too many different types and sizes. Other than that, it looks pretty good.

    I like the drop shadow.

    I think if you're going to use images for the main navigation you could do a mouseover effect to signify a link.

    The images font size seems a little large. I wouldn't use too many images for text.

    The Pay my bill image is nice.

    Agreed with pretty much all of it. The font for the menu is fairly basic so I think you could get away with regular text for it. The size of the text areas is really large in your contact form. Most people don't have THAT long of a phone number. On the quotes and pricing page, the demographics area really looks kind of all over the place, but yet I know it's not. I would line up the text to the left at least. Your submit buttons are also huge.
