When Your WebHost Ignores Your Emails Repeatedly, What Do You Do?
When Your WebHost Ignores Your Emails Repeatedly, What Do You Do?
---------------------------------------------------------- Hello, My Web Host is www.Micfo.com and they have ignored my emails asking if for them to fix the cron on my drupal. Many people say "find a new webhost" but I really get tired of having to find different webhosts, who turn out to be as shady as the last one. When I first signed on with Micfo.com everyone said they were great, then suddenly everyone began experiencing problems. Is there an organization where I can post my complaint to or a consumer advocate group that focuses on domain name providers or Internet Service Provider (ISP's) who ignore their customers? I chose Micfo.com because people said they were a trustworthy company. Please Do NOT recommend another webhost, I just want organizations who I can file a compliant with. Micfo.com employee R said "it can be done but with no information from you on how to do it since yu installed the software, it relies on the page views to make it possible by that module." Then after several months Micfo.com J tells me: "Such isn't avaialble at this time." So far their employees have stalled since October 4th, 2006 on this issue. I want the newsfeeds to update. My belief is that they are going to stall forever instead of helping me. My intention is to contact as many people as possible to find out who I can report their company to for such bad service. Love for all, IgnoredbyWebHost |
