Novice with dreamweaver requires help with guest book...

I'm very new to Dreamweaver and I've been all over the place looking for help, frankly most of it may as well be in chinese.

I'm using Dreamweaver MX 2004 and I'm trying to build a very simple guest book ( I'm saving it in html don't know whether this makes a difference).

One page in two frames, type your comment in the top one it will appear in the bottom one after submitting it and refreshing the page. What I'm trying to achieve.

I have the forms layed out, the submit button and everything is there visually I just can't seem to make it work. The form is set for POST I tried a form in the bottom frame set for GET, made the relevent targets and it just doesn't work.

I work mainly in design view but I use code view for the odd bit of help (like trying to highlight the form itself in design view is next to impossible) I don't need anything more technical than this just yet as I like reverse engineiring I just can't find a translation for half the terms used in DW.

    Any help?

Many thanks in advance and if I've missed anything then I will cheerfully add to what I've said
