help with web page maker

so i downloaded it from www.download.com and i created my pages and all so i save it and upload it to www.atspace.com then i try to acess my domain and it says page cannot be found any tips?

ok so i use web page maker to build my site. i want to publish my site so i go to publish button click it i type in my host www.atspace.com and i type in remote folder? so i typed in atspace then for port i selected 21 and when it says to login i used my web hosts user and password is this the user and pass that i use? anyone else having this problem

Don't double post, I've merged the two threads.

That's not how FTP works, you have to type in the address of a specific FTP server. If your host didn't give you one then you probably don't have FTP.

Most free hosts allow you to upload files through some sort of web-based file manager, that's probably how you'll have to upload them.

Can someone tell me what templates I can download and use in Web Page Maker...Is there a certain format....thanks...
