    resolved [RESOLVED] Javascript Play Async Audio

    Have anyone ever found a way to play an async audio via javascript w/o using a player?

    You can play audio with javascript but it is way too hard to get it working across browsers. The move have been to use a java applet or flash player embedded in the page instead. You can create a hook into the flash or java applet for interactions with javascript if needed.

    Yes this is what I have been doing. However haven't found any solution of pure javascript to play asynchronously, and that's what I was looking for (just curiosity).
