How to make slider bars just like in hotmail?

How to make slider bars just like in hotmail?

I want to make the same kind of triple frame thing as in hotmail (menu-pane, browsing-pane, preview-pane)

Is it just an <IFRAME> thing? Does that work in all browsers? (Must work for hotmail?)

Tried to read the source of hotmail, but it's such a big mess, maybe somebody can tip me so I can go in the right direction faster?

I signed up with hotmail to see what you were talking about, and I'm not seeing any frames. I see a header, sidebar, right content, and a footer. I have a template you can use to make it if you want.

you are right they didnt use frames, they use <div>'s

of course i know how to divide the area into a few div's, but i want to have a slider in betweeen the divs that i can drag around, just like the 2 slider bars in hotmail which are between left-sidebar/middle/right

Thanks for the reminder to check my hotmail account!
I don't see sliders in my account, but surely there are different versions of the control panel. Best bet is to look at the source code of the page you are talking about.. all the answers will be there.
