Five Auto drop-down menus?

Hi,

For the auto drop-down menu on:

I was wondering if there is an example on this site already with more than two drop-down menus where the value changes in the menus depending on what items you select in the menus?

I am creating five drop-down menus and the content in each of the menus needs to change based upon what items are selected.
