Dating Script?

My question is 3-part:

1) Does anyone know of a simple script that will produce a compatibility score based on options that 2 people select?

2) What language would this script more than likely be in?

3) If there is a script like that in UNIX, do I need to be running UNIX to upload it onto my webhoster's site, or they just need to have support for it?
