I am taking too much time but its the best available with a free html version so you can learn online without buying its videos or pdf format. Its my personal experience so you can also give it a try.

This python books covers a lot of basic areas. At a beginner’s level, it is a very nice book for gaining a better insight into the programming with Python variables and operators in Python.
And i also found a good step by step python tutorial at data-flair.training website.
You can refer this book and if you find some issues while learning then you can also go through the website tutorial.
