I try sleeping at least 8 hours to feel good, but sometimes I don't have so much time and sleep about 6 hours
7 hours of sleep is enough for your sound body.

I wish I knew how to answer! I'm definitely a night owl, but I do also love being up early in the mornings... I think I just don't like sleep.
I am sleeping 5 to 6 hrs per day. It's enough to make me fresh and active.
I also sleeping 5-6 hrs per day. Its much more important in what time you go to bed. In 11 pm - perfect !
