Mobile device slicing off bottom of page

Hello everyone,

new user here. I got a question about the site I am building, it’s a milestone project to be assesed.

I have divided the page in 3 section a header of 8vh, a section of 80vh and a footer of 8vh. The problem is that in chrome’s developer tools everything is just fine and looks perfect. But on my Samsung A5 phone, as well on the ipad air, the bottom part of the website is not shown.
I cannot scroll down to it, it’s just not there. If I use the exact screensize in developer tools it shows as it should, but on my phone, it does not.
Does anyone recognize this problem? I submitted to screenshots to clairfy. But I can provide more info where needed of course.
[EDIT]: The first image is how it should be btw. Couldnt find any spoilertags to hide the big images, apologies.

@rootMar 17.2019 — Don't use a moblie sheet then.

Early tablets and phones had issues, all smatphones and tablets these days render HTML perfectly fine and you should not be shoehorning users in to a format that their devices can't handle not want :)

@Thomas89Mar 22.2019 — On multiple mobile and tablet devices my website is getting cut off early. The cut off point seems arbitrary and varies from device to device. The desktop browser are fine, it only seems to occur on mobile devices.
