How can i learn redux

I have created react app, however, i want to make it better architecture using redux, but, why redux is so hard…, i tried to read articles, and even tried creating redux app from scratch, but i still dont understand, why should i use it. And how i can develop something with it. One thing i know for sure why i wanna use it is because of single point of truth. Where store is immutable and only be mutable via actions. So its strictly used, and we can connect to the store directly to access the value. Just where should i start, can someone help me, thank you
