I’m trying to automate a ServiceNow Incident ticket creation (a form fill-up and submit). In that there are two mandatory fields in which one of them is validated with javascript function/method. with my little knowledge, I tried with email_id which is unique for each user, nothing worked out so far. I created a user ID and furnish here (UserID: Mentor/Pwd: Mentor) to get into my instance [https://dev49747.service-now.com] and the form page URL ([https://dev49747.service-now.com/nav_to.do?uri=%2Fincident.do]) for ref. Since I’m unable to find out the validation method/function, not able to submit the form. Can anyone throw some light on this, please.Here with attaching the sample form for ready reference. The reference fields which have magnified glass icon next to them have this issue.
