Looking for front end and back end developers to collaborate

Looking for a front end developer and back end developer to collaborate ( for further projects ). I’m currently working on temporary mail web site and to make it better and more usable I need mates who have some experience in front end or back end side and would love to work on team project to bring high quality product for future users.
