Help for my first web page

I am Old bat so dont be angry on me if i ask sometimes stupid things.
I have 59 years.
I started to make a web page for me – with Adobe Dreamweaver CC 2019.
Everything went good but i stuck. i cant move my logo and picture to center.
Also i cant put 2 pic in row little down on page.
If somebody is willing to help me it will be nice. I will respect your wasting of time on me

It's called "false positive". A "false positive" or "false alarm" is when antivirus software identifies a non-malicious file as malware. I dont know how to put picture raskrsnica near img zanatskicentar to be in row like others.
