Open mobile flashlight using Javascript

Hi, I am new here and currently I am doing a web video call, and I wish to able to open mobile flashlight on client-side, but the solution I found which is using the media stream capabilities is not able to work in iphone and some devices. Only some devices can open the flashlight as torch constraint is found.

Anyone can suggest me alternative way? Thanks in advanced.
