Hello family, am new to programming and i want to do machine learning but need some guidance on how to go about it. and too for a start i’hv been wondering which language to actually use am actually good with php and javascript. which among the two is the best?

@NogDogDec 10.2019 — I'd suggest looking at the ML tools available on Amazon's AWS services. You'll probably want to start with Python as your language, though it's by no means the only choice -- but there are a lot of tools available for it.
