I do not agree. Many of the tutorials on Youtube are outdated, e. g. HTML/CSS are teaching float layout instead of flex and grid.
freecodecamp.org has a full-stack track, certification, and is free to use.
You can learn the Full Stack Web Developer Course from Youtube or Udemy.
You can use any free study resource like youtube and web development free learning sites. There is a lot of content that is available freely. At last, what should matter is how you develop your own website project.
