How to make a wordpress website multilingual?

I want my WordPress website to have multi language support, on clicking a drop down it will automatically convert the content into related language,without using of any plugin…

I am using this code:

@madhusinhaFeb 12.2020 — There are lots of WordPress multi language plugin but I would like prefer Polylang and WPML. Both are excellent plugin but Polylang is free and WPML is paid. WPML has some advance feature but both are good plugin.

I [pop over to this site](https://translationreport.com/top-10-translation-services) and read the specifics of some translation services I saw that they were engaged in website localization. I read on the forums that multilingual sites (localized) are more popular and attract foreign traffic better than sites that are simply translated via Google translator.
