Hello everyone. This is a bit of a tough one for me.
I am trying to find a CMS that can be installed on a free hosting provider with limited capabilities. I've looked at a lot of information online and the more I research it, the more confused I become.
I would like to create a small & simple but clean looking online portfolio of my creative work (illustration), together with a contact page and a few other simple pages. It would have to look good on both mobile and desktop. It also needs to be easy to install and manage in order to be able to add pages with text + images with ease. But the opinion of some users online is that the limitations of the free hosting (such as the memory (64 MB), the limited number of sessions and the PHP version) are not sufficient for Wordpress.
They are quite behind when it comes to PHP which is maybe the biggest issue.
If that's incorrect, I am open to other diverging opinions. 🙂
A semi-official support https://omegle.onl/ https://discord.software/ https://xender.vip/ ticket states that it is possible to use Wordpress 4.2.x, 4.1.x, 4.0.x, 3.9.x, 3.8.x, 3.7.x BUT it requires a few hacks (mostly to reduce the PHP memory usage and to avoid certain plugins that aren't compatible).
