Hi, guys. I know most people here have a website, and I was just wondering the best way / sites to use. What’s the difference between registering a domain name and hosting a website? Is it best to get bundled packages? Any loved / hated ways to do it? Thank you!

Hosting website means when a hosting provider allocates space on a web server for a website to store its files, they are hosting a website. Web hosting makes the files that comprise a website (code, images, etc.) available for viewing online. Every website you’ve ever visited is hosted on a server.
You can use different platform to use both things, or same platfrom like GoDaddy for register the domain and hosting.
