I will prefer you to take a guide from any mentor personally it will help you a lot that you will able to save time and money both. Otherwise, you can start from the W3C school for learning HTML. After learning about the basics <TAGS> of HTML you should have to shift towards creating small programs on HTML. For the 3rd step, you should start from Codecademy to get strong concepts of the HTML language and in the last step take some online advanced courses from the udemy, Coursera, eds, etc.
