How To Combine Multiple Files Into One EXE File

How can I Combine Multiple Files (files and folder) Into One EXE File, and when I click on that EXE-file, it would start the main program (in my case also an exe-file).
I tried to use 7Zip SFX-maker, and it combines alll files into one EXE-file. But what I would like is that when I click on that EXE-file it should not unpack the files, but start the program itself. Is this possible?

This is a very strange question, since each, exe is a separate program, so why would you want to merge them? If you want to execute them one after the other then you can create a .bat or.ps1 file en run that.
