How to support a website for IE along with Chrome and Firefox

Hi, I have a client that would like a website https://www.va.gov/INNOVATIONECOSYSTEM/views/news-events/iEX.html to be supported in the Internet Explorer browsers. I explained that IE is no longer supported by Microsoft and this website is intended to be viewed in Chrome or Firefox. My question is can I do anything with my code to have this website supported in IE along with Chrome and Firefox? We developed this website manually to be formatted to look like similar pages in a content management system while we wait to get access to that system. Any help is appreciated. Thanks for your support.
