An Emu48 is an emulator of the hand-held Hewlett-Packard HP 48GX calculator. You can download it to a Windows computer. There is also an Android version. I want to use the Emu48 for my project because I want to be able to access the Emu48 from any computer with an Internet connection. If I'm at work and the company doesn't want any foreign software on their computers, I won't be able to use the Emu48. I figure if I can embed the Emu48 in my personal website, I can simply open up my personal website and use the Emu48. Is that possible? I would also like to grant anyone who wishes to visit my personal website, the use of the Emu48 to perform survey calculations using programs that I will write. I have recently come across a website that has a web-based calculator for surveyors and engineers. In my opinion, I think the calculator is substandard for survey calculations. I want to offer surveyors a better choice.
Recently, I was wondering if I could simply store the Emu48 on my personal website and use FTP software to transfer the Emu48 to my work computer. Is that how FTP software works? I could simply delete the Emu48 at the end of the day. For more information about the Emu48 please visit https://hp.giesselink.com/emu48.htm.
