Help me to fix the PHP code error on GWT

Dear All,

I am very new here and I am rather a developer, but I have a website and found error on Google webmaster tools.

Since a years, I am trying to fix the error, unfortunately, I was unable to solved it, and very optimistic that you guy to do this for me.

I have static site and when I checked on crowl error on GWT shows following error:

So my concern is that, why repeated two files on GWT.

Also I have another issue of slas “//” not found at the end of my url…

@NogDogApr 13.2021 — Let's start by copy/pasting the actual error message(s) here so we have some idea what the problem is. If the error message mentions a specific file and line number, maybe also copy/paste that line and few lines before/after it here inside of this forum's ... tags.
