How to merge video and audio in flask python -Pytube?

I made a youtube downloader using the Pytube module. Everything is working fine but when a user tries to download higher-resolution video greater than 360p video is not having audio because the video is not progressive. Now I want code to download audio and video of the same video and merge them both then send this file to the user. I am using the Flask framework.

P.s: I have developed a logic which is working on local machine only.
