Landing pages Forms

Hello,
I am not sure if you can help me…
But firstly I have a video link below and a pdf file that describes what I am trying to accomplish…
I am afraid 😨 of what I trying to accomplish may sound crazy. Please forgive me if I do.
Step #1
I would like to create an image with Hyperlink, which is clickable In Whatsapp to send my prospective client to the landing page “form”.
Step #2
Once the client is sent directly to the landing page “form”, I will like to follow the similar steps on the video link below.

Step #3
Before the client completes the landing page “form”. The last step before the client clicks the submit button. Will like the client to complete a listing form which is used for advertising but is not downloadable… On this form they can place their photos, even a video etc.
Please view the edited PDF link example. This part of the form can show the client the ability to change the text, images etc.

If this can be accomplished. How can I design a form and make changes in the future? and
What is the price to accomplish this goal?
