Sessions PHP variables

Hello. I am coding a site where I need the session php variables, that have different value for every site visitor. When I refresh the page, the content of a session php variable disappears. Is there any explanation for that? Thank you.

I'm sure there's an explanation, but no way I'd hazard a guess without seeing the relevant code.

Why don't you show him your php code ? There could be many reasons why your session variables disappear. Maybe, you call a function somewhere and that function got code at the bottom to unset variables or sessions or destroy sessions. Oh, I don't know! I'm just a beginner. But if my reply helps then do let me know. Best you get your code checked by NogDog and the like.
