Maybe I should have been more precise. When I said that things have been changing for worse, I mean the workflow to create a full app. When I'm focused on doing simple work, like the layout or basic scripting, it's totally fine. But then, in order to make your app use its full potential, you will use dozens of npm and backend packages. And here's the problem. And don't even get me started on the tracking and real money-making side of the app. It's all garbage that I mostly disagree with. To make an app make money, the companies usually decide to trick their customers in one way or another. That's all these annoying popups, sophisticated tracking, ads all over etc. If most of the day is spent on the packages, the second most time-consuming part is all that activity related to making money by tricking the audience. That's my experience, especially with corporate clients.
