WordPress dashboard access to form files in file manager

Hi all! I have a website I’m working on for a client whom I’m switching their old HTML site to wordpress. They have a lot of forms with a variety of styles with fill, radio buttons etc. I have access to their File Manager for the site. Here’s there old site [https://www.thompsongusic.com/Outfitters_Liability_Quote_Form.htm]

The client’s top priority was that nothing changes in look or function of these forms so I took the files of one of the forms, downloaded it from their old website’s file manager, uploaded it to bluehost’s file manager under “public_html > wp-content > uploads > quote-forms (name of the folder I created for the form and its respective files) and I don’t see the form on my wordpress dashboard or how to get to it.

How can I get to it in the dashboard so it’s basically added to the website?
