Automated action after paypal checkout on wordpress

Hi, I purchased a wordpress theme and im trying to customize it, I have done alot through trial and error over the past year but I need help on this bit.

Basically one area of the site involves a paypal checkout, once the paypal checkout is complete the page that a user is redirected to has a div item and its value is increased to value 1 (to reflect 1 purchase), its name in the inspect code is **“<div class=”normal_list_no” data-original-title=”” title=””>1<span>Remaining Listings</span></div>”**

Since that is now value 1 can I automate it to perform an action that involves another part of the page, I want to automate this current manual action of now having to click on an icon on the same page. Its technical name on inspect is “<i class=”fas fa-arrow-up”></i>”.

Im sure I have done a terrible job explaining this, but basically the 2nd item does not become clickable until after the paypal checkout, but once the paypal check is done I would like the action to be automated.
