Duplicate Pagination Steps

I’m building a service request form using the Forminator plugin. Since the plugin does not allow a double column arrangement, I extracted the code directly from the site and modified it by hand. Apparently everything works correctly but I have a problem with the pagination steps of the form. They duplicate automatically when the form code is viewed by the browser, and I don’t understand why. I suppose you notice a double column and then implement one pagination steps per column. I am putting below the code that I have modified and a screenshot of the result that is reported on the site.

Could anyone tell me what to do to not see a double pagination steps?
