My job involves me taking online chat requests/support cases that are submitted by our customers online. We use SalesForce with Vonage integrated into it. Whenever a case comes my way, a popup appears and I click 'accept' to take the case or chat.
I have very little programming knowledge but seem to learn quickly when given the right direction. I just need some advice on how to start or where to begin with making a script that automatically accepts these cases. I only use Google Chrome during my shift.
