Best Learning sites for PHP

I am new to PHP. Can somebody please advice me about any sites which I can use to learn PHP from scratch.

Those are your best bets in my opinion(in that order for beginers to the coding style, but anyone who knows Javscript or C should skip to the manual and learn mysql because that's about the only real difference apart from . being used to join strings as oposed to designate a sub-object)
