Buttons as well as dropdowns

Hi!
I am new to asp, but i have to create one asp page. In that i want to put some buttons with hyper reference, that buttons should work as drop downlist. In that list the items should act like submenu and they we will have hyper reference. How can I do this? Please help me to do this!
