off the top of my head, not in it's entirity. Have you looked for individual scripts or "pieces" you could use to build something with?
Not really, I was hoping there was a full program out there.
A lot of Joomla mod or zen cart mod sites are ran by scripts like this but I was hoping anyone knew of one?

I think you'll have to combine a forum or CMS with a shopping cart mod and/or script.
