Can anyone help me in compiling some good questionnaire for recruiters so that they can inturn ask the Candidates during screening process. This will help in cutting down lot of time in recruitment process. What do you think should be idle questions that should be asked for a 2 -3 years exp candidate in Core Java ? Assume that it is a telephonic discussion between the recruiter and the candidate.
