Feature Slider Thumbnail not appearing on Wordpress site.

probably it its image src is not getting thumbnail's file path, the current value is http://thisisf1.com/wp-content/themes/ThisisF1-theme/images/thumbs/featured_small.jpg
it has to be changed to required with file path.
can't tell you what/where to edit without looking at your code.
