Thanks for your reply.
I would of tried your solution, but I don't have access to the swf. The swf is provided by a third party and I embed the web page that contains a swf on my page using an iframe.
I want to place a div over the swf portion of the embeded page. But, the swf covers the div when I try to do this.
I have tried using a very high z-index (99999), but that does not work. Is there anything else I can do?
I have other elements, like modal windows, that work just fine being placed over the swf. Since these other elements work just fine being placed over the swf (meaning that they are not covered by the swf when being placed over it), there has to be a way to do this without tweaking the code of the embed swf.
Any other ideas? Thanks.
