Any of you guys have an idea whether submitting single or multiple Free Windows 8 Apps to Windows Store help in getting Links ?

Yes it would helps in link building too but you have to use other methods of link building too for natural link building.
yeah windows 8 apps are sort of tough to me & would do that only if there are some proven examples
what about android apps ? do they generate links as well ?
