As long as it does the job, why should it matter?
The PC I am currently using uses the D525 chips, its 1.6Ghz dual core with a through put of a 3.2Ghz machine. I can even set the machine up to run in 64 bit mode and I lose 200 hz in the bridging process.
So my opinion is simply, if it works, does the job it says it does, then why worry about it, the thing you need to worry about is the amount of available RAM and if some one nicks it.
